Richard is a seasoned attorney serving clients across Florida, with a focus on Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. His expertise spans diverse legal areas, including personal injury, civil litigation, environmental law, commercial disputes, insurance matters, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, HOA and Condominium Association litigation, and criminal matters. Richard is licensed to practice in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia. In addition, he holds admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
With over a decade of experience as a NITA Trial Advocacy Faculty Member, Richard offers specialized guidance in deposition preparation and trial advocacy. Additionally, he serves as Of Counsel to multiple law firms in New Jersey. Richard's legal journey began as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he assisted in various criminal matters, including trials and appellate hearings. He earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and completed clerkships in the Rhode Island Superior Court and with INTERPOL at the U.S. Department of Justice. As a graduate of Seton Hall University, Richard holds a degree in Political Science and English. Richard's goal is to utilize his experience and vast legal knowledge for the benefit of his clients.
