Richard A. Foster is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience, focusing primarily on personal injury matters throughout Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Richard’s legal expertise spans a wide range of practice areas, including personal injury, environmental law, commercial litigation, insurance disputes, real estate, landlord-tenant matters, and homeowners’ and condominium association litigation. He has successfully secured millions of dollars in settlements for personal injury clients and continues to deliver strong results for those he represents.
In addition to his litigation practice, Richard has served for over a decade as a faculty member with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), where he provides specialized training in deposition preparation and trial advocacy. He also serves as Of Counsel to a law firm in New Jersey. Richard began his legal career as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he worked on a range of criminal trials and appellate matters. He also completed clerkships with the Rhode Island Superior Court and with INTERPOL at the U.S. Department of Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law and holds a dual degree in Political Science and English from Seton Hall University.

Rachael is a paralegal at Richard Foster Law, where she plays a vital role in supporting both clients and attorneys through every stage of their case. She is responsible for managing case files, preparing legal documents, and ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Known for her attention to detail and compassionate approach, she works diligently to keep cases moving forward with accuracy and care.
She earned her Master of Science degree with an emphasis in Homeland Security from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, graduating with honors. Her diverse professional background includes serving as a Probation Officer for the Superior Court of New Jersey, working as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps, and serving as a Police Dispatcher for the Department of Veterans Affairs Police Department. Each of these experiences has shaped her disciplined work ethic and strengthened her ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations in the legal field.
Beyond her professional work, she enjoys ballroom dancing, spending time with her cats, and cheering on the Florida Panthers as a die-hard hockey fan.

He earned his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law and completed clerkships in the Rhode Island Superior Court and with INTERPOL at the U.S. Department of Justice.
